Langhus Construction was established in 1951 and the Langhus his school band. The picture next to it is taken in conjunction with 17. More 1952.

We pick our members from the three primary schools Bøler Hill, Longhouse and Vevelstad. And where we have several musical borders that have continued past the youth and high school.

We start recording music edges from second grade. They begin playing in the band aspirant, before transferring to the junior band to eventually be taken up in the main band.

Langhus Construction is a band with an emphasis on brass instruments, but with touches of percussion and “watches”.

It kept individuell teaching man again, and joint exercises on Thursdays.

I 2011 we celebrated 60 year with great fanfare…
